The theory that seems most likely
After examining the evidence surrounding the assassination, I strongly believe that the Warren Commission's explanation of events isn't the truth and that the assassination of John F. Kennedy is in fact a conspiracy. I don't think that Lee Harvey Oswald was capable of planning and shooting Kennedy all by himself. I also think that the 'single bullet' theory is absurd, as it is impossible for one bullet to travel through two people and change its trajectory in such a dramatic way in mid air.
The theory I personally believe is most likely is a combination of the grassy knoll and the C.I.A. I think that there was another shooter situated at the grassy knoll and that this second shooter was a member of the C.I.A, the organization which also planned the assassination.
It is hard to ignore the compelling photographic evidence of a potential shooter such as 'the black dog man' or the 'badge man' and the multiple eye witness accounts that clearly state they saw a shooter at the grassy knoll. For example, Jean Hill who said (according to 22november1963.org.uk) " I didn't realize that the shots were coming from the building. I frankly thought they were coming from the knoll" and William Newman who said "I thought the shot had come from the garden directly behind me, that was on an elevation". Moreover, the video taken by Orville Nix which undoubtedly shows many people from the crowd running towards the grassy knoll strongly suggests that the shooter was positioned there. One of the bystanders was Ochus Campbell and according to Dallas Morning News, "Campbell says he ran toward a grassy knoll to the west of the building, where he thought the sniper had hidden". Additionally, it makes sense to have another shooter at the grassy knoll, because if Oswald misses the kill shot, there is someone further ahead in case to carry it out. Unlike many other conspiracy theories that are based purely on speculation, the grassy knoll theory has a collection of hard evidence and credible eye witnesses to support it. In terms of motive, the C.I.A appear to have the strongest as opposed to others such as Lyndon Johnson, the Cubans or the Mafia. They also seem to have the means and the most opportunity due to their skills, influence and resources.
